ABOUT ELIN
Elin started playing the harp at the age of 10 under the guidance of distinguished harpist Meinir Heulun. Elin spent a lot of her time as a young harpist competing in National competitions where she had many a success as a solo player as well as a duo with her sister. Alongside this, Elin played with the National Children's Orchestra of Great Britain for three consecutive years, and in 2011 was awarded a Scholarship for the specialist musician course at Wells Cathedral School.
In 2015 Elin started her studies at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama under renowned harpist Caryl Thomas. It was during this time that Elin had the privilege of playing in venues such as the Principality Stadium, Wales Millennium Centre, 10 Downing Street for David Cameron and at the end of her studies playing for HRH The Queen and the Royal party at the Senedd Cardiff. In 2017 Elin played in the Focus on Youth platform in the World Harp Congress in Hong Kong and later went on to graduate from RWCMD with a 1st.
